Tour Package without Lunch

$110 Per Person + Winery Tasting Fees

+ 8.25% Sales Tax (Lunch not Included)

$115 Per Person + Winery Tasting Fees

+ 8.25% Sales Tax (Lunch Included)

Both tour packages include pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or bed and breakfast, transportation to three Hill Country wineries, a complimentary wine glass, bottled water, and snacks.

Lunch Menu

Lunch is from the renowned Clear River Ice Cream, Bakery & Deli.  Please click here for the lunch menu if you have chosen this to be included in your tour package. 

Tour Duration

Texas Grapes Wine Tours last approximately five hours. Tours typically run 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily. Pick-up times are determined based on reservation availability.

Pick-Up Locations

Tour packages include pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or bed and breakfast.

 

An alternate pick-up location is the Fredericksburg Visitor's Center:

Additional Helpful Details

  • Gratuity may be added at your discretion. Industry standard is 20% and is always much appreciated. 

  • Private tours may be scheduled, please inquire for pricing.

  • The Navigator limousine seats groups up to 12.

  • The Ford Transit van seats groups up to 14.

  • Additional fees may apply for any tour pick-ups outside the Fredericksburg city limits.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Hill Country Winery

  • Credit card information will be requested upon reservation.  A request for credit cards to be charged can be made at the time of booking or payment will be taken the week of the tour.

  • Cancellation of a tour will result in a $50 fee charged per person if tour is canceled within seven (7) days of scheduled tour date.  If the tour is canceled within 48 hours or the day of the scheduled tour, the credit card used for the reservation will be charged the entire tour fee for each guest in the party.
